Since 2007, YKK AP HONG KONG LIMITED has introduced “Code of Conduct – Hong Kong,” which provides conduct guidelines for employees as the standard for their daily behaviors. In 2021, YKK Group has revised “YKK Group Code of Conduct”. These principles and rules refer to and comply with the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the 8 conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), and all these are linked to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). We will follow “YKK Group Code of Conduct” as the basis for promoting diversity management, to make YKK Hong Kong to become a company which satisfied by customers, recognized by society, and proud of its employee.
With the Cycle of Goodness as the foundation of our business, we have been working to resolve many social issues. By translating this initiative through SDGs, a globally shared language, we can deepen stakeholder understanding of our business.
